All Clear Given After Suspicious Package Found In Downtown OKC

Posted: Updated:
OKLAHOMA CITY -

A suspicious package left in downtown Oklahoma City Wednesday afternoon disrupted traffic and had some folks on edge.

Police say someone left the bag between the Renaissance Hotel and the Continental Business Tower.

Investigators started closing down parts of several streets at 4 p.m.  Those streets weren't re-opened until two hours later.

Lydia Bugner works on the 18th floor of the Continental Business Tower.

"Well its two days until the anniversary of the bombing 18 years ago, so it's better to be safe than sorry," she said.

Police still haven't told us what the bag looked like or any other details
