OKLAHOMA CITY -

On Saturday, the law enforcement community will lay to rest one of Oklahoma's finest.

Officer Chad Peery's funeral is scheduled Saturday at Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church in Edmond. Services will begin at 10 a.m.

The funeral services will not be open to the general public.

On Thursday, the public was invited to pay respects to Officer Peery during a viewing set at Resthaven Funeral Home located at 500 S.W. 104th Street in Oklahoma City.

Peery's family is asking for donations to be made to the Chad Peery foundation at any Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Credit Union metro location.
