Man Found Shot To Death In Choctaw Yard

Police in Choctaw and Oklahoma County sheriff's deputies are searching for evidence and a suspect after a man was found lying dead in his yard Monday morning.

Police in Choctaw and Oklahoma County sheriff's deputies are searching for evidence and a suspect after a man was found lying dead in his yard Monday morning.

A witness found the body just after 8 a.m. near a trailer in the 15000 block of S.E. 29th Street. The victim had been shot multiple times.

Police say the man was in his mid-40s, but they won't release his name until they've notified his family. Police say they currently have no motive or suspects.

Police say they are also looking for a missing vehicle they believe was involved in the murder.

The vehicle is described as a 4-door, Champagne-colored,1994 Buick Bonneville with an Oklahoma license plate 735DZZ.

The car's passenger headlight was damaged, and it had red scrape on its passenger side quarter panel.
