4 Chef's Requested Foods Santa Fe Brand Chicken Breasts

4 flour tortillas

1 cup grated mexi blend cheese

Sliced pineapple, grilled

Grilled onions and peppers

Place chicken breasts sliced in half of a flour tortilla. Top with sliced pineapple, peppers and cheese. Place in a hot skillet and cook on both sides till cheese is melted. Serve with salsa and Mexican crema.
