TCC Student Found With Alligator In His Car Faces Criminal Charges

A Tulsa Community College student is now facing criminal charges, after bringing an alligator to campus.

Shane Allen, 21, is charged with one count of possessing protected wildlife.

Police were called to the school on May 1, 2013, after Allen was found passed out in his car. Officers were shocked when they found a four-and-a-half-foot gator inside the car with Allen. Its mouth was tied shut.

Allen told police he borrowed the alligator from a friend.
