TULSA, Oklahoma -

Six people riding in a pickup truck were taken to a Tulsa hospital early Friday after it hit a light pole and rolled over exiting the Broken Arrow Expressway.

Tulsa Police believe the use of alcohol led to the crash near at the I-44 exit ramp just before 2 a.m.

Officers say there were seven people, five men and two women in the pickup initially. After the crash, a male passenger ran away before police showed up.

The six were taken to hospitals by EMSA. Police say none of the injuries appeared to be life-threatening.
