Police are on the lookout for a man who robbed a bank in southwest Oklahoma, Friday afternoon.

Oklahoma City Police say the robbery took place around 3:30 p.m. at the Bank of Oklahoma at 7701 S. Western Ave., just south of Interstate 240.

According to police, a black male wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans and a white hat walked into the bank and handed the teller a note claiming to have a gun and demanding cash. The teller complied and the suspect made off with an undisclosed amount of money on foot.

The suspect is described as being in his mid 30s, about 6'3" tall, with a slim build and a goatee. He is also thought to be responsible for the robbery at the Bank of Oklahoma located at 2701 SW 29th St., inside the Buy For Less grocery store, on May 17.

This robbery is being investigated by the FBI and the Oklahoma City police Department.

Anyone with information should call the FBI's Oklahoma office, at (405) 290-7770. Callers can remain anonymous, and may be eligible for a reward up to $2,000, from the Oklahoma Banker's Association.
