Ingredients:
-1/4 lb basil
-1/4 seeded lemon
-10 cloves of garlic
-2 ounces Pecorino Romano (half handful)
-2 ounces Olive oil
-pinch of pine nuts
-chicken broth
-Bowtie pasta
Directions:
Puree in Cuisinart
butter pan
add broth with pesto
as pesto heats up add bowtie pasta
add handful of cheese to pesto plate.
Add Pecorino Romano, pine nuts and lemon for garnish.
