Searchers found the dog under a large board.

"I was standing there, and one of the boys over there said he found her there at the corner of the house, and picked her up and handed her to me," tornado victim Rita Satterlee said.

The dog is at the vet Monday night. She needs surgery on her eye, but she is expected to be okay.
