WASHINGTON COUNTY, Oklahoma -

Much of the city of Bartlesville is cut off. A major fiber optic cable was cut Thursday morning, causing serious problems for all major cell phone providers and Internet providers.

The Washington County Emergency Management says text messages are going through, but phone calls are unreliable.

They don't expect to have the line fixed until sometime Friday.
