The City of Broken Arrow said Thursday morning it has lifted a ban on all outdoor water usage. City manager Thom Moton says the city's water supply has reached an adequate level so that he can now lift the ban imposed Wednesday.

The city council passed a resolution banning outdoor watering in a special meeting Wednesday.

A precautionary boil advisory was enacted after a water main burst and officials were worried about possible contamination.

Samples taken Wednesday were tested and showed no contaminates were present. Citing those results, officials lifted the boil advisory Thursday morning.
