Mounds Man Arrested For Flashing Women At Tulsa Hills

A man who last month exposed himself to women at a Tulsa shopping center has been arrested, police say.

Richard Colton Lynch, 22, was arrested on Friday for indecent exposure incidents police say took place July 6 and July 8.

Shortly after the women reported the alleged behavior, the sex crimes unit developed Lynch as a suspect and an arrest warrant was issued, a news release said.

He is being held at the Tulsa County jail in lieu of $40,000 bond.
