Groups across the country protested over the George Zimmerman case on Saturday, including about 70 people in Tulsa.
A crowd gathered at the Federal courthouse, and said they have a warning.
"What happened in Sanford, Florida could have very easily happened here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Tulsa has similar if not the same type laws and we are asking the federal government to just do the right thing and to bring civil rights charges against George Zimmerman, and just do right," James Johnson said.
Another rally is scheduled to take place on Sunday in Oklahoma City. It will start at 5:30 p.m. in Bricktown.
Zimmerman was found not guilty last weekend in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.
The federal government says it is looking into filing civil charges.
