Tulsa Man Accused Of Pawning Stolen Guns Jailed Twice In One Week

A man who police arrested just last week, was arrested again Monday.

Jon Gagnon, 37, was arrested last week, after being accused of stealing items from a midtown Tulsa home.

Records show Gagnon was already attending drug court, because he was accused twice before of pawning stolen guns, taken from homes.

After his arrest last week, the judge ruled Gagnon was violating his drug court rules and issued an arrest warrant, which led to Monday's trip to jail.
