A Wagoner County woman no longer faces a murder charge in the death of her sister.

Sara Davis was arrested in May and charged with second degree murder, unlawful delivery of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to court records, the second degree murder charge was dismissed and her bond was reduced to $25,000 on July 16, 2013.

Investigators were called Wednesday, May 15, 2013 to a home in the 7000 block of North 49th Street East for an unattended death. They found Kristi Rider, who also goes by Kristi Stamps, dead in the home.

Authorities did not say how Rider died, but they arrested her sister, Davis.

Davis still faces the drug charges and is due back in court in August.
