Tulsa Police: Driver Chases Thief, Gets Her Stolen Car Back

Tulsa Police say a woman chased down a car thief early Friday and got her car back.

Officers say a woman playing pool at the Caravan Cattle Club at 41st and Memorial at about 2 a.m. set her car keys next to the pool table. She told officers a man picked up the keys and drove off with her car.

Officers say she and a friend jumped into another car and followed the thief to an apartment complex at 36th and Lakewood. There, the man got out of the car and ran off.

Tulsa Police said the stolen car was not damaged and the thief was not located.
