Firefighters Douse House Fire In Spencer

SPENCER, Oklahoma -

Firefighters successfully extinguished a house fire in Spencer, Sunday afternoon.

According to the fire department, crews responded to a fire at a house, located in the 3500 block of N. Douglas in Spencer.

Crews were able to put out the blaze shortly after 3:30 p.m., but say the home is a total loss.

According to neighbors, everyone inside the home was able to get out safely. The cause of the fire is not known at this time.

Fire crews with Nicoma Park, Midwest City, and Spencer helped to battle the blaze.
