Oklahoma City police released surveillance pictures that could help catch a killer. The photos were captured inside the Four Seasons convenience store at N.W. 63rd and Santa Fe, where a clerk was shot and killed.

The photos show a man wearing a dark hoodie and a distinctive, colorful ball cap come behind the counter, and then point a gun at the clerk.

"I haven't seen him before," said Starrla Ackerson, a longtime customer of the Four Seasons Convenience store, located at N.W. 63rd and Santa Fe Ave.

"That guy has to be from another part of town, not this area," said Malik Rashad, who is also a longtime customer. He says he is a dear friend of the clerk who was killed.

Those who frequent the Four Seasons convenience store are still in shock about what happened here.

The Oklahoma Medical Examiner's report reveals the clerk, 62-year-old Habib Hajimirzaei, was shot several times.

The Oklahoma City police report states it was a customer who found him lying dead behind the counter the night of July 23.

"I woke up that morning and saw the news," said Rashad. "I was like, this can't be true! Not Habib of all people! He was our favorite convenience store clerk!"

"He's always been nice to me my brothers," said Ackerson. "We come up here every day."

Customers we talked to just hope someone recognizes the person in the surveillance photos, and calls police.

"We need to bring him to justice for Habib!"

The family released this statement,

"We believe the individual who committed this heartless act is a seasoned criminal and will murder again unless he is caught."

Oklahoma City police say if you do recognize the person in those surveillance photos, call the Homicide tip line at (405)-297-1200.
