Police arrested a Tulsa man Tuesday night after they say he shot at two people and rammed their vehicle when they tried to get away.

Police arrested a convicted felon Tuesday night after they say he shot at two people and rammed their vehicle when they tried to get away.

Mickey Toh, 24, was booked into jail on two counts of assault with a deadly weapon (gun) one count of assault with a deadly weapon (car) and several drug possession complaints.

According to the arrest report, Toh admitted to shooting at two separate people in the area of 7900 South 76th East Avenue. Police say he missed both times. They say he then rammed their vehicle and chased them for several miles when they tried to get away.

Tulsa Police found Toh at 10700 East 71st Street, where he was arrested and searched.

The arrest report shows Toh had over $7,000, more than 11 grams of marijuana, and five different types of controlled drugs in his possession. Police say they also recovered a .40 caliber semi-automatic pistol, which Toh told them was his.

Department of Corrections records show Toh was convicted on a number of drug charges in 2010, for which he is still serving a suspended sentence.

Toh's bond is set at $44,500.
