A Tulsa man pleaded guilty to manslaughter for the crash that killed his girlfriend last year.
Stormey Jordan was sentenced to 10 years, five of which will be suspended.
The DUI charge against him was dismissed.
Police say Jordan was behind the wheel on February 20, 2012 when his vehicle left an east Tulsa road and crashed into a tree.
Prosecutors said Jordan initially thought his car was bumped from behind, causing the crash. But police later said Jordan's car was the only one involved, though another driver did stop and pull Amanda Anderson from the burning car.
