Police are searching for a man they believe is responsible for numerous east Tulsa business burglaries over the past two weeks.

The latest burglary occurred early Tuesday at the Warehouse Market in the 1300 block of South Garnett.

Police arrived at the store at about 2 a.m. to find a man throwing a rock at the front window. The man ran into a nearby field but neither K9 officers nor the Tulsa Police Department's helicopter could locate him.

Tulsa Police believe the same man has broken into the Warehouse Market and a Subway restaurant in the 1100 block of South Garnett numerous times since July 24.

Officers say the man has been stealing anything from beer and magazines to bug spray.  They believe he is a transient.

"Food, beverages, things of that nature, nothing where it's going to end up in a pawn shop," said Tulsa Police Captain Wendell Franklin.

Police released a surveillance photo of the man taken at the Subway restaurant.

If you recognize him, police ask you to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
