News On 6 WARN Team Meteorologist Alan Crone said the moderate to heavy rainfall will gradually move into north Texas as a cold front slides across the area.

"Temperatures will remain well below the seasonal average with some locations staying in the upper 70s for most of the day before temperatures attempt a late day rally moving into the lower 80s," he said.

The official high in Tulsa Monday was 87 at 5:41 p.m. while the normal daily average high is 94.

Severe weather is not expected to be in the picture, but the threat for moderate to heavy rainfall will remain for the next eight hours or so across northern Oklahoma, he said.
