Authorities took two people into custody Tuesday afternoon after they searched a midtown home and found weapons, explosives and drugs.

The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office Violent Crimes Task Force and the FBI Safe Streets Task Force served two warrants at a home in the area of 4000 East 27th Street.

Sgt. Jeff Freeman, of TCSO, said they found over 20 weapons, three and a half pounds of high explosives, and other explosives in the home, as well as drugs.

They called in the Tulsa Police Department Bomb Unit to assist.

Eisenhower International School is just around the corner from the home.

Freeman said two people, a man and a woman, were taken into custody without incident.

Brian Lee Larkins, 40, was booked into Tulsa County jail just before 10 p.m.

Larkins is being held on complaints of possession of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school or park, possession of explosives or a bomb by a felon, manufacturing or selling bombs or explosives, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond is set at over $100,000.
