TULSA, Oklahoma -

We've learned the two people arrested Tuesday night in Tulsa for having a stash of drugs, illegal weapons and explosives had been arrested just last year.

At that time, both got deferred sentences for having meth.

Neighbors were pretty upset to hear explosives were right next door.

The owner of the house said the man who was arrested, Brian Larkins, wasn't supposed to be living there, let alone have people over. He was only supposed to be going by to check on things and mow the grass.

But deputies say he had guns, drugs and explosives and also secret cameras in the bathroom shower.

"Heard them pounding and banging on the door and thought, 'Oh no, here we go again,'" said neighbor Marsha.

Marsha said the house across the street from her has been a trouble spot for some time.

She said the man who used to live there is in prison now, but that his father still owns the house and had the son's best friend, Larkins, coming by to take care of the place. She said he brought trouble there, instead.

"I'm very concerned. When we knew they were making meth, it was scary enough," Marsha said.

She was referring to last year, when Brian Larkins and his girlfriend Jessica Cason were arrested for meth.

Both were given a deferred sentence, which means they stayed out of jail as long as they stayed out of trouble. His was to be up in 2017, and hers in 2014.

Both were arrested again this time, but the Tulsa County Violent Crimes Drug Task Force found more than drugs.

"Really, what makes this unique is we found several pounds of detonation cord, explosive devices with BBs, and devices to make explosive weapons," said Undersheriff Tim Albin.

They don't know what the plans were for those things, but the owner of the house said he's known Larkins since he was in high school, and he always did like to make big firecrackers.

The owner said he's very disappointed Larkins is in trouble again, and was surprised to find out about the explosives and also the hidden cameras in the shower that were recording out in the back shed.

Now, he has to clean up the mess.

Neighbors hope he does more than that.

"See it to somebody decent, so we can have a good neighborhood again," Marsha said.

The District Attorney's office says they are looking at revoking both the deferred sentences, which means they must serve the rest of those sentences in prison, plus any new time they might get in this case, if they are convicted.
