Burger Bombs

1 pound hamburger

one half container chive garlic cream cheese

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 onion, chopped

2 tablespoons tomato paste

One package of frozen dinner rolls

2 tablespoons of Head Country barbecue sauce

Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment or spray well with cooking spray. In a sauté pan, cook onion, red pepper, and ground beef until well done. Over medium heat, add cream cheese, tomato paste, barbecue sauce. Cook until cream cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy. On a lightly floured breadboard roll out each role until they are approximately 4 to 5 inches in diameter. Place 1 tablespoon of meat mixture in the center along with a pinch of cheese cheddar cheese on top and then crimp edges all around. Place seam side down on a baking sheet. Place in a hot oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown
