Two Arrested, Accused Of Breaking Into Garage In NW OKC

Police have arrested a man they believe broke into a woman's garage in northwest Oklahoma City on Sunday.

Police have arrested a man they believe broke into a woman's garage in northwest Oklahoma City on Sunday.

The woman told police she returned to her home, located in the 3500 block of N. Tulsa Ave. and discovered that her garage had been burglarized.

Responding officers pulled over a suspicious vehicle in the area and the man and woman inside the vehicle fled on foot. The woman was apprehended shortly after, but the man managed to elude officers for a while.

Officers found the man hiding in a warehouse on northwest 39th St. near Portland Ave.

Police blocked off surrounding roads as they searched for the suspects. Investigators have not said whether or not they found any stolen merchandise on the suspects or in their vehicle.
