Poutine

1 package Braum's french fries (cooked according to package)

2 tablespoon flour

1/2 stick of butter melted

1 cup beef broth

salt and pepper

1/2 teaspoon worsterchire sauce

cheddar cheese curds

To make sauce: In a medium sized skillet melt butter, sprinkle with flour and cook till browned. Whisk in the broth and stir till thickened. Add salt and pepper as needed. Finish with Worsterchire sauce. To prepare poutine place french fries on a platter. Top with gravy and sprinkle with cheese curds!
