A Tulsa driver caused an injury wreck then took off without stopping. Police say the hit-and-run wreck took place at about 2:30 a.m. near 31st and Sheridan.
A sport utility vehicle ran a red light and collided with a Dodge Ram. The SUV then left the scene.
The other driver suffered a dislocated elbow but is expected to be OK.
