Oklahoma and Oklahoma State opened up the 2013 season with victories, but so did the vast majority of teams in front of them in the polls, as the Cowboys and Sooners stood pat in this week's AP poll. The Sooners climbed one spot in the coaches poll.

OSU remained at No. 13 in the AP and No. 14 in the Coaches Poll after a resounding 21-3 victory against Mississippi State of the SEC on a neutral field in Houston on Saturday.

OU stayed at No. 16 in the AP and moved one position up to No. 15 after a 34-0 thrashing of Louisiana-Monroe in Norman.

The only team ranked ahead of OSU and OU to lose was No. 11 Georgia, who was ranked No. 5 at the time before losing at now-No. 4 Clemson.

The other Big 12 teams included in this week's AP poll are No. 15 Texas, No. 23 Baylor and No. 24 Texas Christian.

No other Big 12 team received votes.

Texas came in at No. 16 in the Coaches Poll with TCU ranking No. 24. Baylor was left out of the Top 25 but is ranked No. 26 with 125 votes.

OSU plays at 11 a.m. on Saturday at UT-San Antonio and OU opens Big 12 play by hosting West Virginia at 6 p.m.
