TULSA, Oklahoma -

Police say an Owasso man has died after crashing his Ford pickup truck on boulders overlooking a rock quarry on North 129th East Avenue early Sunday.

Police say Timothy Baker, 55, was pronounced dead at the hospital several hours after the 2 a.m. crash.

Tulsa Police believe Baker ran a stop sign, slamming his pickup into the boulders.

Those boulders were placed at the intersection after a 2009 crash where three people plunged to their deaths.
