Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin and First Gentleman are hosting the 17th annual Septemberfest at the Governor's Mansion on Saturday.
This year's Septemberfest takes place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Governor's Mansion across 23rd Street at the Oklahoma History Center.
The event has become a fall tradition for many metro families. It is a celebration of the culture and history that makes Oklahoma unique.
This year's event will feature a number of activities, including arts and crafts, storytelling, children's activities, live entertainment, historic reenactments, plus many more. The Governor's Mansion will also be open for tours.
Admission to Septemberfest is free and parking for the event is available at the State Capitol and the Oklahoma City County Health Department located just east of the History Center.
