One Injured After Motorcycle Crash On I-44 Near Chandler

Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers are responding to crash on Interstate 44 near the Chandler exit, Wednesday afternoon.

According to OHP, the crash occurred near mile marker 170 on the Turner Turnpike. All westbound lanes of the interstate were closed briefly while crews worked the scene.

It appears only one motorcycle was involved in the crash. The cause is still under investigation.

Crews have not identified the driver or said how badly that person was injured. OHP has requested a medical helicopter to the scene.
