TULSA, Oklahoma -

Tulsa Police say a car headed westbound in the eastbound lanes of the Broken Arrow Expressway hit a pickup head-on near Yale early Thursday.

EMSA took both drivers to the hospital. Police say their injuries are not life-threatening.

Officers say a witness called 911 at about 5:30 a.m. telling a police dispatcher a car was going the wrong way just west of Highway 169. The crash happened moments later.

Officers tell News On 6 they found a bag of drug paraphernalia in plain view in the car's console.

The investigation into the crash continues.
