A Kansas City father is headed back home Tuesday after reuniting in Oklahoma City with the daughter who was abducted three years ago.

US Marshals tracked 13-year-old Lillie Warren and her mother, 52-year-old Carla Osborne, to Edmond. Osborne was arrested Monday, and Lillie was taken into DHS protective custody.

Marshals say Osborne lost custody of Lillie in 2010, and kidnapped her from her father, William Warren. Warren says he's thrilled to be with his daughter, and can't wait to be a father again.

"It's just... rejoice. I don't think I've been this happy in the last three years," said Warren. "My daughter and I really had an excellent bond and to have it just ripped away like that. It really causes problems for you."

Warren says his daughter is doing well but is a little confused. The two are now headed back to Kansas City.

Osborne remains in the Logan County jail.
