Tulsa Police say Dorothy Lindley and Linda Wright were found dead in an apartment in the 2500 block of East 51st Street in January 2006. An investigation led to charges against Fulgham.

He is in the Tulsa County jail awaiting a scheduled September 25 court appearance.

A Louisiana woman, Jacqueline Smith, 36, charged with two counts of accessory to murder in connection to the case was arrested in July.  She is also in jail on $500,000 bond. Smith has a court appearance set for September 20.
