A 21-year-old cold case heated up this spring when the bodies of two women and a little girl were discovered buried on a piece of property near Jennings, OK. But five months later the people responsible have not been arrested. Now, the victim's family members are getting increasingly frustrated.

An OSBI spokesperson says they have exhausted all leads and done everything they can in the case at this point. It's now in the hands of the district attorney.

One day after investigators started digging on the property near Jennings they discovered the skeletal remains of Wendy Camp, her daughter Cynthia Britto and Wendy's sister-in-law Lisa Kregear. Family members rejoiced believing they were finally getting the justice they waited 21 years for. But today:

"I'm not only frustrated, I'm very disappointed and I'm very angry and I'm very upset," said Jackie Taylor, Camp's mother and Britto's grandmother.

Camp's family believes Beverly Noe, the last one to be seen with the three victims is responsible. The bodies were found on property that used to belong to Noe's brother Grover Pruitt and according to court papers, Pruitt pointed investigators to where the bodies were buried and told them he believed Noe and her mother Ida Pruitt killed Camp, Britto and Kregear.

"He even gave statements saying what had happened and who did what and they still have not arrested them," said Taylor.

Pruitt is the only one who has been arrested in the case, He was charged with accessory to murder. But on August 9, he posted his half million dollar bond and was released from jail.

"I feel that the people should not be out walking the streets that did this, it's been over 21 years now and it's time for some justice," said Taylor.

Noe has denied any involvement in the murders. Max Cook the Creek County District Attorney says they are still waiting for information including the medical examiner's report.

A spokesperson from the ME's office says they are still trying to positively identify the bodies using medical records. They have not released a cause of death.
