Norman Police Release Shooting Victim's ID, Seek Information

Norman police have released the identification of a man shot to death inside his apartment.

Police say Nicholas Williams was shot around 9 a.m. on Saturday, September 14 at the Quorum Condominiums located in the 2100 block of W. Brooks Street in Norman.

Williams called 911 for assistance and even made statements to police officers before he died at Norman Regional Hospital.
