TULSA, Oklahoma -

Fair time is here and this year News On 6 is joining the fun for all 11 days.

‘Pass the Corndog' at the Tulsa State Fair runs through Oct. 6 and be sure to stop by and see us at the News On 6 booth. We will be set up inside the River Spirit Expo building in the northeast side of the upper level.

Meet some of your favorite News On 6 Anchors and play Plink-O to win great News On 6 prizes.

The focus of this year's booth revolves around the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma and their Food For Kids Backpack Program. This program provides chronically hunger children in Oklahoma with backpacks filled with kid-friendly, non-perishable food to eat on weekends and school holidays.

Enter to win a stand-up video game from Galaxy Home Recreation.

Throughout the fair, News On 6 will be raising donations to help the backpack program in Eastern Oklahoma. Any monetary donation will be accepted to help those in need through the food bank.

For a donation of $5.00 or more, adults 18 year of age and older can play News On 6 Plink-O to win a prize as well as enter our drawing to win a 60-in-1 stand-up video game from Galaxy Home Recreation.

A donation of $3.75 will feed one child for a weekend and $15.00 will feed four children for an entire weekend while $148.00 will provide a child a backpack full of kid friendly food for an entire year.

Also at this year's booth you can check out a great way to keep your family safe by viewing the Jim Giles' Certified Safe Room that will be on display. Also be sure to stop and register for your chance to win a safe room courtesy of Jim Giles' Certified Safe Rooms.
