A nonprofit organization created by the parents of a student killed in the Columbine High School shootings is bringing its anti-bullying message to Edmond.

Rachel's Challenge includes a series of lectures and will be presented at 7 p.m. Tuesday during a public lecture at Edmond Memorial High School.

The series of lectures is based on the life and writings of Rachel Scott, who was killed in the 1999 Columbine High School shootings in Colorado.

Rachel's Challenge was started by her father and stepmother, Darrell and Sandy Scott, of Littleton, Colo.
