Pumpkin Spice Latte

Pumpkin Spice Latte

4 cups espresso or very strong coffee

8 cups milk

4 cups almond milk

3/4 cup canned pumpkin

3/4 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons vanilla paste

4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker, cook on LOW for 2-3 hours. Use an immersion blender to thoroughly mix the pumpkin puree. Serve with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon on top.

Gingerbread Latte

4 cups milk

3 cups strong coffee

3/4 cup brown sugar

2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon cloves

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon vanilla paste

Combine all ingredients except for the coffee in a slow cooker and cook on LOW for 3 hours. The last 30 minutes add in the coffee and allow to cook. Ladle into mugs and top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg.
