The Oklahoma Highway Patrol arrested a driver after a multi-vehicle crash on I-44 near Lewis in Tulsa early Thursday.

The OHP says the crash occurred in the construction zone at about 12:30 a.m.

Witnesses told the OHP a westbound SUV was speeding when it attempted to pass between two cars, hitting both and rolling over.

The driver of the SUV -- Louis Jamison, 28 -- wasn't hurt, but the OHP says the driver of a Mini Cooper was.

The crash shut down the westbound lanes for more than an hour.

Jamison was booked into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of DUI and driving under suspension. Jail records show Jamison has a court appearance set for October 10.
