Tulsa police are looking for two people who attempted to rob a pawn shop last week.

According to TPD, two people tried to break into EZ Pawn, located at East Admiral Place and South New Haven Avenue, about 7:20 p.m. The store was closed and the effort was unsuccessful, police said.

With one armed with a gun and the other a hammer, the two broke into another EZ Pawn near Admiral Place and Memorial Road about 25 minutes later.

Employees were held at gunpoint while one man robbed the business of money and the other smashed a glass case with his hammer and took large amounts of jewelry.

The pair arrived and left the business in a light-colored newer-model sport utility vehicle.
