Dave Miller won the Street Glide, and rode away on it Wednesday. Miller says his childhood experience influenced him to get involved.
"I grew up in a different situation a long time ago, and you never forget those things," Dave Miller told News 9's Stan Miller. "And then you shared your personal story with us, as well, and that's really what made me get involved in this."
Dave Miller also donated another $1,000 for the food bank.
The ride raised more than $150,000 for the Regional Food Bank's backpack program.
