More than 20 Oklahoma high school football games were moved up an hour or so Friday night because of the expected foul weather.  Among those games was Muskogee at Westmoore.

The game was moved from a 7 p.m. kick-off to 6 p.m.

Moore School District Spokesman Jimi Fleming says it was important to move the game up not only to keep people at the game out of danger, but also to give Muskogee a head start on their three-and-a-half drive back home.

"Anytime you have an outdoor event, you don't want the kids to be stuck out in the rain," he said.
