Silver Alert Canceled; Missing Edmond Woman Found Safe

EDMOND, Oklahoma -

Police canceled a Silver Alert after a missing Edmond woman was found safe.

Betty Wright, 79, was last seen at 4 p.m. Saturday at a house located at 1113 Florence Drive in Edmond. She was under proven medical or physical disability, and police believe she is in imminent danger of serious bodily injury or death.

Wright was driving a maroon Ford 500.

Just before 9:30 p.m. Sunday, Edmond police confirmed that police in Hinton located Wright. She is safe and is being brought back to Edmond.
