Army Corps Of Engineers Rangers Get Early Start Reopening Parks

As soon as they got the go-ahead, the Army Corps of Engineers rangers started getting recreation areas open and ready for visitors.

They say the phones started ringing early Thursday morning, with people asking when they could camp and fish.
