A Bartlesville woman who had been accused of lewd acts with a minor received a suspended sentence to a reduced charge in Washington County court Tuesday.

Betsy Ann Brashear pleaded no contest to a felony charge of indecent exposure. She will serve no jail time.

Brashear was arrested in June, 2012, in a tanning booth at a Bartlesville gym. A woman told police she caught the then 24-year-old woman inside the booth partially undressed, kissing the woman's 15-year-old son.

The son reportedly told police the young woman asked him to spot her on some weights then talked him into going into the tanning booth with her.

A judge ordered her to serve a three-year suspended sentence under Department of Corrections supervision. She has to register as a tier one sex offender and was fined $500.
