Man Charged With Rape, Sexual Battery Of Women At North Tulsa Park

Tulsa County prosecutors Monday charged a Detroit man with rape, sexual battery, and attempted sexual battery.

Police say Nathan Kyle Weiss, 27, groped a woman at Springdale Park on October 20. He was arrested, but bonded out, and detectives say he went back to the same park four days later and raped another woman.

Weiss is being held without bond.
