An arrest warrant has been issued for an Oklahoma City cab driver accused of sexually assaulting an autistic teen.

Investigators said the 15-year-old victim led them back to the crime scene, but they could not find the suspect. The sexual assault happened in the 6100 block of North Drexel on Aug. 15, 2013.

This week, more search warrants were issued to gather additional evidence in the case while authorities search for 39-year-old Youssef Mrabet.

"It scared me to death and it still does that they haven't caught him," said Donna Ferrill, who lives next door to where the assault happened.

The victim said she was walking through her neighborhood and listening to music when Mrabet lured her into his cousin's garage. Court records show that Mrabet pulled down the teen's shirt and bra, kissed her chest, unzipped his pants and then made her perform sex acts on him in the garage of his cousin's house.

"That's just, that's sad. It's sick, it's sick," said Denise, whose daughter lives nearby.

Denise did not want to give her last name.

"I have a daughter who lives here in the area and she's single and being a mother, it just concerns me for her safety," Denise said.

The autistic teen ran back toward her house, but said in court documents that Mrabet followed her. Surveillance cameras throughout the neighborhood helped investigators track the victim's route from the suspect's house. Police said the video reveals the suspect following the victim back to her home.

A stranger saw the girl and stayed with her until she got a hold of her mom.

Court records revealed investigators got DNA evidence from the girl and from a blanket in the garage.

News 9 knocked on Mrabet's cousin's home where police said the assault happened, but the people inside would not answer the door.

Court documents said Mrabet was working for Yellow Cab at the time of the assault. The operations manager told police Mrabet quit the day after the assault and may have gone to New York City.
