Cease and desist, that's the message to a group in Florida that's distorting the facts in the death of Carina Saunders.

Saunders' parents suffered through the discovery of their daughter's dismembered body two years ago. They say what this non-profit is doing only adds insult to injury.

"The exploitation of my daughter is wrong," said Richard Saunders.

Saunders has only memories of his daughter and said it's nothing like the ones being portrayed in an online video. The life of Carina Saunders is skewed in a fundraising video produced by Out of the Life, Inc., a Florida group claiming to be a non-profit, saving women from sexual exploitation.

In a fabricated story, Saunders is misrepresented as a prostitute named Asia - who overdosed on drugs.

"Every bit of it is a 100% a lie," said Scott Adams, a high-profile Oklahoma attorney.

Adams said Saunders' parents asked him to help get the video taken down.

Watch the organization's video using Carina Saunders' photo and false information.

"I just don't know why someone would be so mean spirited to do something like that. And I think they probably did it thinking no one from around here would ever know about it."

Adams sent a cease and desist order to YouTube and Out of the Life, Inc. on Friday.

"I mean, get the video down. You are a liar, you're a cheat, and you're a scam artist."

Adams said if it's not pulled down they will take appropriate action.

According to Florida's State Department records, Out of the Life, Inc. is no longer an active non-profit, so they shouldn't try to raise funds with a video or anything else,

"Clearly all they are in it is to line their own pockets and that to me is disgusting particularly to do it to someone like Carina," Adams said.

Adams also called on the group to issue an apology to Carina Saunders parents.

In response to several attempts to speak with officials with Out of the Life, Inc., a spokesperson said Executive Director Jesse Maley is "out of the country".

If the video is not removed, the next step would be to take the group to court. State investigators requested Florida authorities look into the matter. The group could be in trouble for soliciting money under false pretenses.
